Comments

Media

We use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms as part of our advertising activities on LinkedIn. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms allow interested users to contact us directly through LinkedIn. When you submit a Lead Gen Form, we receive the information you provide or that is pre-filled from your LinkedIn profile. This may include your first and last name, business email address, company name, job title and any additional information you provide regarding your recruitment needs or vacancies.

We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry, provide the requested information or assessment, and contact you regarding your recruitment or personnel requirements.

The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where no pre-contractual relationship exists, the processing may be based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and offering our recruitment services pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We only retain the personal data collected through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and for any subsequent business relationship, unless statutory retention obligations require us to retain the data for a longer period.

Your data may be processed using internal systems or service providers that support us in managing enquiries and customer relationships. Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, they are contractually bound to comply with applicable data protection requirements.
