For our client, an international manufacturer in the field of fluid technology, we are looking for a Head of Sales (all genders) for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Your mission

  • Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in the Benelux countries, with a focus on the Netherlands and parts of Belgium
  • Build, manage, and develop a small sales team with a focus on new and existing customer business
  • Operational involvement in day-to-day business, including your own sales territory for direct customer care
  • Maintaining and expanding strategic customer and partner relationships
  • Market analysis to identify growth opportunities and support product positioning
  • The goal is to increase sales in the territory
  • Responsibility for forecasts, budget, and target achievement

Your Profile

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in fluid technology or a related industry
  • Commercial or technical degree or comparable qualification
  • Initial management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Presence at the Dutch location
  • Business fluent language skills in Dutch, English, and German + good French skills are an advantage

Salary

Approximately $100,000–$120,000 annual target salary, depending on experience and qualifications
