Daniel Schmökel looks back to a wide range of long-term professional experience in business, administration, associations and technology transfer – even before starting his career as a recruitment consultant in 2014 and founding munerio together with Daniel Hell-Meyer. Trained as an industrial clerk, a master's degree in economic geography and a training as a psychological consultant round off his professional profile. The wealth of experience and skills gathered pre-munerio still help Daniel to strategically guide the company's development and service offering. He has been fascinated by industrial automation technology as well as material handling & intralogistics for a long time, admiring the high level of innovation and the many exciting companies and interlocutors in the industry. At munerio, Daniel Schmökel is responsible for HR, marketing and legal issues.
Daniel Hell-Mayer

Daniel Hell-Mayer has been an entrepreneur from the very start, already looking into the topic of founding a company at university. He then began his career in personnel consulting in 2015, starting off in fluid technology recruitment. The desire to start his own company remained, so he and Daniel Schmökel took the step towards entrepreneurship together in 2018. At munerio, Daniel Hell-Mayer looks after the electrical engineering and energy technology sectors (together with a team of well experienced project managers, of course). As managing director, Daniel Hell-Mayer’s responsibilities lie in the areas of operations, finance, IT and technology.

Petra Karásková is responsible for the efficient and smooth financial processes in the company, and she also keeps an overview of all operational processes in the HR area. Thanks to her training and professional experience in finance and human resources, she has the best prerequisites for the growth and professionalization of munerio. The trained sociologist successfully supports the company's development, not least because of her good intuition for people and team dynamics. She is therefore the best contact person for small and large questions in everyday working life.
Danin Shayesteh
Marketing Manager
Danin hat nach dem Studium der Psychologie und des Innovationsmanagements umfassende Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Bereichen des Marketings gesammelt. Sein beruflicher Weg führte ihn von der Strategieberatung über die klassische Unternehmensberatung bis hin zum Performance Marketing und der Content Creation. Bei munerio ist er als Marketing Manager für die strategische und operative Steuerung aller Kanäle verantwortlich.
