Trained as an industrial clerk, a master's degree in economic geography and a training as a psychological consultant round off his professional profile. The wealth of experience and skills gathered pre-munerio still help Daniel to strategically guide the company's development and service offering. He has been fascinated by industrial automation technology as well as material handling & intralogistics for a long time, admiring the high level of innovation and the many exciting companies and interlocutors in the industry. At munerio, Daniel Schmökel is responsible for HR, marketing and legal issues.

Daniel Hell-Mayer has been an entrepreneur from the very start, already looking into the topic of founding a company at university. He then began his career in personnel consulting in 2015, starting off in fluid technology recruitment. The desire to start his own company remained, so he and Daniel Schmökel took the step towards entrepreneurship together in 2018. At munerio, Daniel Hell-Mayer looks after the electrical engineering and energy technology sectors (together with a team of well experienced project managers, of course). As managing director, Daniel Hell-Mayer’s responsibilities lie in the areas of operations, finance, IT and technology.
