Daniel Schmökel looks back to a wide range of long-term professional experience in business, administration, associations and technology transfer – even before starting his career as a recruitment consultant in 2014 and founding munerio together with Daniel Hell-Meyer. Trained as an industrial clerk, a master's degree in economic geography and a training as a psychological consultant round off his professional profile. The wealth of experience and skills gathered pre-munerio still help Daniel to strategically guide the company's development and service offering. He has been fascinated by industrial automation technology as well as material handling & intralogistics for a long time, admiring the high level of innovation and the many exciting companies and interlocutors in the industry. At munerio, Daniel Schmökel is responsible for HR, marketing and legal issues.

Daniel Hell-Mayer began exploring the topic of entrepreneurship extensively during his university studies. He started his career in 2015 in recruitment consulting for the fluid technology sector. His ambition to found his own company remained strong, leading him and Daniel Schmökel to take the leap into entrepreneurship together in 2018. At munerio, Daniel Hell-Mayer oversees the pumps and valves sector and, as Managing Director, is responsible for operations, finance, IT, and technology.

Nina Sophia Masuhr entered HR consulting in 2017, after graduating in applied media studies with a focus on communication management. She joined munerio in 2019 and has always specialized in the field of filtration & separation recruitment – a unique selling point in the German recruitment consultancy market. In recent years, Nina has built up an extensive, personal network in the industry and successfully completed a wide range of mandates. What she particularly values ​​about her industry specialization is the daily exchange with innovation drivers, particularly with those who enable clean industrial processes. In her role as managing partner at munerio, Nina Sophia Masuhr has shaped munerio's processes and service presence since January 2023.

Maximilian Thies looks back on many years of broad experience in the field of HR consulting. Starting out as a HR consultant, he became munerio's first project manager and from then on played a key role in shaping the process design and workflow in the team. The growth of munerio consulting GmbH and the excellent work as a project manager led to the next joint step and the personal development of Maximilian Thies to Head of Operations. In his role, he is technically and operationally responsible for the project-related day-to-day business, supporting the project managers and trainees, coordinating the collaboration with the HR consultants and training all quality standards in the direction of the candidate experience. Max is our very own guarantee that nothing stands in the way of a newcomer's successful start at munerio.
