Trained as an industrial clerk, a master's degree in economic geography and a training as a psychological consultant round off his professional profile. Starting out as a HR consultant, he became munerio's first project manager and from then on played a key role in shaping the process design and workflow in the team. The growth of munerio consulting GmbH and the excellent work as a project manager led to the next joint step and the personal development of Maximilian Thies to Head of Operations. In his role, he is technically and operationally responsible for the project-related day-to-day business, supporting the project managers and trainees, coordinating the collaboration with the HR consultants and training all quality standards in the direction of the candidate experience.
